“My battery was gonzo so stopped at Napa and Matthew not only sold me a battery but he very kindly removed my old one and replaced it with the new one. I very much appreciated that since I had no tools. He also didn’t make fun of me that I didn’t know what kind of engine I have. I am not a car lady. Thank you Matthew.”

“I had to go O'Reilly's for lense tape for a busted taillight and a part for my GMC Acadia. They were professional and helpful. Today I was at Mountain Tire and Lube getting a service done and Kameron was was also there getting a parts list from them. I jokingly commented that if I would have known he was coming I would have had him bring me a part I ordered from O'Reilly's that was in and paid for already. You talk about great customer service with out missing a beat he replied he was going to be returning to bring back parts for the shop and was willing to bring mine as well.
