“December of 2024 I was on a roadtrip from Southern California to Colorado Springs. While on a stop for gas in Grand Junction, my partner put the car in reverse instead of parking, causing my door to get caught on a pole and bend backwards. The door was not able to shut after that and we had no clue what to do. After hours of trying to close the door ourselves, we decided to find an auto shop, and came across this business. Though they were about to close, they very quickly helped us with our issue that had caused us so much stress and worry - free of charge. I would recommend this business to anyone, they really do care about people! Their kindness is something I will never forget.”

“Driving from Denver to LA we encountered some slight mechanical problems. My one call led us to James. We told him what was going on, and he accurately diagnosed the first issue immediately. We took care of that, which allowed us to diagnose the main problem. He gave us the confidence we needed to proceed and make it home safely. All with what sounded like the worst cold of the season and on the one day he was forced to take off. I would not hesitate to spend a day or so in Grand Junction just to take my vehicle to James.
