About Budget Car Rental
Budget Car Rental provides excellent and friendly service. The staff are helpful, professional, and go above and beyond, with specific employees praised for staying late to ensure customers are not stranded. The check-in process is fast, especially with the Fast Track service. Cars are described as perfect, great, new, and clean, with features like navigation being a huge bonus. The company has a lost and found that successfully returns items to customers. However, there are some criticisms regarding unresponsive phone service and difficulty reaching the local office for lost items. Overall, the service is highly recommended, with staff noted as a great asset to the company.

Very easy to book and accommodating.
Very clean vehicle and fragrance free. I am very allergic to perfumes so this was nice.
