“Thank you Eric! Getting through line was efficient. Picked up vehicle. Issue with gas not being topped off and Eric was there right away to help. Waited 5 mins and was on my way. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Things happen and staff corrected. Best experience with a rental agency.”

“There was some confusion with our booking, we thought that we were going to be paying for everything upon returning the car but it was required upfront in addition to a $400 refundable deposit.
Thankfully the gentleman helping us at the desk (dark, curly hair and round, gold glasses, we didn’t get his name) was so helpful and patient while we figured everything out! So kind and accommodating, that man deserves a raise for how patient he was with us in our brief moment of panic!
The other gentleman, Jason was very helpful as well with finishing out the process. We were able to upgrade for free to an SUV which was awesome!
All around a little stressful for our first time renting a car but everyone was so accommodating in helping us figure it out!”

“We arrived and the staff Justice and others were completely professional at the Grand Junction airport. There was a slight delay because the car needed to be detailed, and the staff could not have been more friendly. The team got bonus points because I had left a credit card In a vending machine, located near the car rental location, and the manager went over and found it and put it in the floor safe for us to recover when we brought the car back. It saved us a lot of time and worry. I could not have asked for more professional assistance during the entire process. We drove our car from Grand Junction to Arches national Monument and everything worked great. The fees were what they promised they would be when I booked the vehicle. No hidden charges and no pressures attempts to upsell unless there was something that we wanted.”
“We had a good experience. The person at the counter was friendly, gave us a decent car and it was a very easy pick up. People tend to leave reviews when their experience is bad so it might seem more negative than it actually is.”
