“Nate was an outstanding spokesman for the company. All of the employees were highly trained and were visibly happy to see me! I can say without a doubt this is a group of employees that consider themselves family and welcome each customer in as one of their own. I was blown away with the experience. Every call I made, every concern I had, any small issue was wiped away with world class customer service that I have never witnessed within any organization until the day I picked up my vehicle. It felt like I was driving a new car off the lot. 2 words describe this experience: simply unbelievable. I can't thank Nate, especially his assistant manager, and his entire staff (Tim as well was instrumental) enough! All of the employees at this enterprise seemed extremely happy with their career. There is something to be said about that. BRAVO Grand junction Enterprise. You smoke the competition like a brisket on superbowl Sunday!”

“We arrived and the staff Justice and others were completely professional at the Grand Junction airport. There was a slight delay because the car needed to be detailed, and the staff could not have been more friendly. The team got bonus points because I had left a credit card In a vending machine, located near the car rental location, and the manager went over and found it and put it in the floor safe for us to recover when we brought the car back. It saved us a lot of time and worry. I could not have asked for more professional assistance during the entire process. We drove our car from Grand Junction to Arches national Monument and everything worked great. The fees were what they promised they would be when I booked the vehicle. No hidden charges and no pressures attempts to upsell unless there was something that we wanted.”

“Our travel agent booked us the wrong rental car agency, on the wrong day, at the wrong location, and then sent us to another location where they promised us a car. Vincent at Hertz (airport location) was amazing!! He apologized for the travel agent's mistake and explained that we could wait to see if a car becomes available. After 30 mins, there was a cancellation and we were on our way. He even got a call from our agent who tried to blame the rental agency. VERY happy that Vincent was there to help us. Appreciate his kindness in a very stressful time.”

“Dollar in Grand Junction had the best price. However, I almost didn't rent because of the negative Google reviews. However, I did rent and was pleasantly surprised. The rental was arranged several days in advance and I paid in advance the daily rental amount. Taxes and fees were paid when I picked up the SUV. The lady at the rental counter was friendly and professional. She offered but didn't push insurance, gasoline pre-purchase, etc. The vehicle had less than 10,000 miles and was clean and in tiptop shape. My rental lasted 975 miles over nine days. Vehicle return was with same nice lady. There were no surprises and without hesitation, I would rent with them again.”
