CrossFit Vex is an awesome gym with a world class experience. It is a gem of an establishment with a truly familial and positive atmosphere. The gym is super clean and organized. The coaches are knowledgeable, personable, amazing, and encouraging. The programming is challenging but rewarding, with great scaled options, warm ups, and workouts. The community is great, with friendly, welcoming, and encouraging people. Everyone is striving to become the best versions of themselves. It offers great fun and endless opportunities to grow in functional fitness. CrossFit Vex is highly recommended for anyone from first-timers to experienced athletes.

This gym has an amazing and welcoming environment! The coaches are all very helpful and willing to work with any modifications I needed! Everyone in class is very friendly and the workouts are so much fun!
