I dropped in here to train while I was in town for a trip, and trained in the back annex that they have for general strength work. They're super responsive over text, have any equipment you'd need and were super friendly. Would definitely come back!

Awesome box! Coaches (Sheridan & Mary Beth) actually coached and were very welcoming as were the athletes. It was great to meet Sam and have the opportunity to wod with their crew!
Highly recommend this box if you’re swinging through or looking for a place to hang your jump rope!
