“Hello Reviews Readers! Okay first off I'd like to start by saying I'm not a huge fan of going to the mall. However sometimes it's a good thing. Today I needed some slip resistant shoes. So I Googled it and after research I realized the Boot Barn was going to be my destination today. I was searching for a specific shoe that I had seen online. I couldn't find them on the shelf so I went to the front desk to ask for help. That's where Derek and the other representative started to help me. They told me that they didn't carry that specific shoe. Derek recommended an alternative shoe for me to try on and they fit perfectly. I think it's important to have good customer service and today Boot Barn and their courteous & knowledgeable employees proved that in a bunch of different ways. I would recommend Boot Barn Grand Junction at the Mall to anybody looking for a great pair of cowboy boots or work shoes. Head on down to the Grand Junction mall and visit Boot Barn today you'll be glad you did!
One thing I really like about the store besides the amazing selection and the knowledgeable & helpful staff is that the Boot Barn has an outside door to get in/out of their store so you don't have to walk through the mall.”
“The manager Kain is one of the best managers I've ever seen at a store like this. I saw him delegating duties making sure the store was running properly and then wouldn't hesitate to clean up a mess that he easily could have given to one of his subordinates. I like a guy who's not afraid and is willing to do any and all the jobs in the store. Plus the employees are all extremely friendly and constantly eager to help you. In this day and age of customer service Kain and his crew are nailing it!”
“Cute clothes for the whole family and not too pricey which is great. The store doesn’t feel too crowded and it’s easy to walk thru. Employees ring you out pretty quickly so you’re not stuck in line forever. One star knocked off because the fitting room girls tend to ignore you but other than that it’s a good store and I always leave with something!”

“My son and I just had a great experience here. We have a short timeframe to make my mother’s funeral and look our best. The attentiveness and care from the best dressed salesman on the floor (I did not catch his name but you’ll know who he is) was outstanding. He took in our needs, then our measurements, style preference, timeline, and had us out of there in under an hour. Perfection! And to the gentleman crunching the numbers on the computer next to us checking out, thank you for your condolences. My son and I got in the truck and realized we didn’t thank you for your service protecting our country. We both apologize and need to say it here.”
“Overall, I think this is a great place to buy good quality second hand clothing and their boutique always has cute items. My only complaint is that they jack up prices on some items so much that it can be cheaper to buy it new, however that’s not with every item just be sure to check the price tag.”
