“I had the best experience at Tractor Supply, all thanks to Ricky. He excels in customer service, problem solving, and going out of his way to make sure his customers are happy and taken care of. I came into the store to buy a dog kennel but underestimated the amount of space required in my car to transport it. I would not have been able to get it back to the house without Ricky’s help. I’m so grateful because Ricky offered to deliver it himself and took time out of his day after work to drop off and help set up my kennel, even though the store does not offer delivery or set up services. He was outstanding and did such a good job that I’m forever a Tractor Supply devotee after my experience. Ricky went above and beyond to help me and my family, free of charge and it’s exactly this type of service that is so rare and deserves a raise or a promotion. Thank you Ricky!”
