Came in looking for a specific hair color and was suggested one. She was very nice and helped me get my coupons and It came out exactly how i wanted im very thankful. And i wasnt pushed into buying anything it was my own choice to do so and im glad i did. Ignore the fact that i didnt use gloves lol.
