Sat on the phone for 20 minutes after they said it'd be a less than 2 minute wait seems like they just let there ai trash assistant do the work then refuse to pick up the phone they need to work

Edited to three stars. Online Verizon couldn't fully fix phone. Went back to store and a different rep was able to fix it pretty quickly. I don't live in GJ, so several hours I wish I hadn't had to spend driving. But glad to have phone fixed.~~~~~
Wait wasn't too bad and employees were friendly. BUT, SIM card on my new phone wasn't set up properly so my phone stopped working. Had to call Verizon from another phone and have a tech fix. Then RCS not working. Another call to Verizon. Be aware and if there are ANY potential problems, don't leave until everything is confirmed. They couldn't get my receipt to print and that should have been a clue that something wasn't right.

Unable to help activate iPhone.??
Actually sent me to Walmart to activate through them.
Sort of their job to know how, I'd imagine.
Now I remember why I switched years ago. Poor CS.

Today, I had to bring my new phone into Verizon. Spencer was amazing! He was very patient with me, and got me set up in no time. I love the store's new look, and am very pleased with the service Spencer provided. Five Stars!

Just went in to replace my phone that stopped receiving calls or Internet. The employee gave me a number to call after I told him my phone wasn't working.... The employee offered no help on replacing my phone and told me to call a third party, completely contrary to an employee I talked with two days before. I can't wait to switch service providers and be done with Verizon forever!

Great sales staff, not pushy at all, did not feel obligated to buy anything I did not need or express interest in. Went in for an issue with my bill due to the online staff, and the store staff fixed it quickly and actually saved me money!

We were visiting Colorado National Monument when all of a sudden my wifes phone decided to go blank. I think the guys name was Jesse but whoever it was was extremely helpful and it turned out the adaptive brightness setting got all messed up resulting in a black screen, quick fix once he figured it out. Huge shout out to the employee who helped us out. Thank You!

As always Verizon customer service be it in store or on the phone sucks they are a terrible company to work with if you're a customer they don't care about what you need they just care about screwing you out of more money
