All the wireless carries are equally mediocre, but the jesse at this store is pretty dishonest. I came in to ask some questions about upgrading a device on our account and Jesse couldn’t even be bothered to look my account up and just went straight to “get a new line of service”. Are you running a spiff for new line right now? I was able to get everything figured out using the Verizon app in the parking lot in a few minutes. The staff can be hit or miss here. One time you get a great associate, the next visit you get a dishonest ineptitude sandwich.

I bought 2 I phone 14 pros. 2400.00 then I bought screen and camera protectors for a couple hundred more dollars with a life time warranty. After a couple of months the screen protector and camera protector was broken. So I sent in pictures and emails to zag and the other 3rd party for replacement. To no avail. So I returned to the store , they laughed right out loud to my face. So if you get a phone here don't say you haven't been warned about their integrity in this store.

Verizon is garbage. Help is horrible. Service is getting worse not better. Trying to get any issue resolved is pulling teeth. Probably the worst company out there. Strongly recommend at&t over this horrible experience any day.

I've been to this store twice in the last two weeks. Each time middle of the week, middle of the day. Each time was told it would be over an hour wait. This time was told that it would be over an hour with 8 people in front of me.Please hire more people!!!!I'm very unhappy with my "buggy" S23........

As I waited for my phone to transfer all my info to new phone, I was asked no less than 4 or 5 times if I had been checked in . It was great the service at this store.

Was promised a different price than was on my bill, and now cannot contact the store directly. Ensure that these scam artists take care of you the first time, otherwise it will be a huge headache.

This place is ALWAYS jamming busy. But I was able to see a service rep in a reasonable amount of time who helped me out and directed me to a phone that was within my means, and what I wanted.I REALLY don't care about what brand of phone I have. And the rep wasn't trying to push me into something I didn't want to have/pay for. I appreciate that.The rep made it a breeze, didn't try and gouge me, and handled my account like a pro.Thank you!!!!

How I wish all of my customer service experiences were as absolutely fabulous as it was today with the fantastic, amazing Casey Lemarr! Not only was he incredibly professional and proficient, he was also delightfully personable. Plus, he not only fixed all the highly annoying glitches on my phone, but also saved me money on my monthly plan and, in addition, got me much better service. Verizon is incredibly fortunate to have such a phenomenal representative- frankly, I was about to switch to T-Mobile but because of Casey I will stay with Verizon. He deserves not only a raise, but also a crown (and, if he wants it, a pony as well!)
