I just want to give a shout out to Lisa the manager and Ukaih. I’ve been in there a few times over the last month and Lisa has gone above and beyond to help me. I had an issue with my photos, and the store was extremely busy right before Christmas, but she still took the time to help me get my photos fixed. I watched some crazy people, rude customers, and interesting situations happen while I waited for an hour in the store for my new photos and Ukiah and Lisa were so patient and well composed throughout it all. They are both perfect examples of what top notch customer service looks like (even when rude customers don’t deserve it). You don’t find this everyday, but I think they deserve to be recognized! I as a manager, have high expectations, and they are exceptional in my book!!! I even watched Lisa, tell another associate she was going on break, but she was going to help the few customers first, and also say if it gets too busy to just call her and she’d be right back. Thank you ladies, keeping up the good work!

I’m out of town and realized I forgot my meds. Panicked, I called 15 min. Before they closed thinking I’d be out of luck. But to my surprise, they were super accommodating and kind, and had all of my meds ready right as they closed for the evening. I haven’t ever gotten service like this at a pharmacy before; highly impressed!

Employees smart off to customers and argue with them. Was over charged for an item but instead of an apology and a price adjustment, I got an argument from the clerk then the sloppy looking "lead" told me I did not need to be rude. Why don't you check your own attitude and smart mouth?!? Pretty sure customers are the only reason you have a job!

Used to love this Pharmacy, but want to put out a warning. We recently changed back to here after insurance made us move to another Pharmacy further away. We gave them our multiple cards and tried to set up our account. No prescriptions are transferable from old pharmacy and must be renewed separately when they are due, even if you have a years worth at the old pharmacy, who knew? Recently I had to send my husband after a prescription, and assumed they would use which ever card they had on file to give me the best price. Nope--no cards on file but insurance, which they used. --And which is $135 MORE than Good Rx. My husband had no idea and just said ok when told insurance covered so much do you want the rest on your card on file. I immediately called, and have talked to several people about this and was told by one that it could be rebilled correctly. BUT when I went into the store they could not rebill it because it was a split order. Because they didn't have enuf pills to completely fill my prescription, they gave me FIVE capsules, then filled the rest the next day from another source. So because of the five capsules I lost $135... because they couldn't rebill ...because they didn't have my cards on file ...and because noone bothered to ask if we had a Good Rx card to use. Guess you have to ask EVERY time, as computers don't keep this information, even tho I'm sure the pharmacy people know there are huge differences in the way you pay. Something so simple in my mind , because of 'computers' ,cost me $190 instead of $60+

My wife and I stopped by this location to pick up some gift cards for the grandchildren. The young lady who helped us at check-out was exceptional. Not only was she very friendly (with a great smile), she was professional in her duties. Her name is Brytani and she is definitely an asset to the business.

Popped in on Thanksgiving just to grab a card game and found them tagged bogo so I grabbed 2 but no discount rang through. When I asked I was told one game was the "wrong" brand. I suggested I go grab a different one but was told manager was on her way to the register so I waited thinking they'd just fix it. Eventually the manager wandered up and acusingly grilled me while glaring under dark blue eyeshadow, asking "Where did you find this?" and saying "That's not where they are supposed to be!" as if I had nefariously rearranged the store in the 2 minutes I was there. So, rather than getting the "right" brand for a second game, which would count toward bogo- a deal I was simply surprised about to begin with, and rather than just buying the one I came for,I Ieft. It was a very strange and insulting and experience....I won't go to this location again.

I would not recommend this pharmacy! Every time I call in my refills, either they just plain don't fill it, even though I called and talk to someone who assured me it would be ready the next day. This is a repeat problem over and over. I'll be switching to another pharmacy!!
