Hykes Ace Hardware is a locally owned and operated store that is part of the community and committed to being "the Helpful Place." The staff are incredibly efficient and friendly as soon as you walk in. Everyone is working together, willing to help and give advice on what may work best at the lowest cost. They offer personal service and are patient, providing great customer service. The store itself is great with lots of different, unusual items, a place you could spend the day just checking out the shelves and feel right at home. It is a neighborhood hardware place where many customers are known by name, which keeps them coming back time and again. They also have convenient U-Haul rentals, though the U-Haul rental experience itself can sometimes be difficult. Overall, it is a store with quality products and a convenient shopping experience from local experts.
Efraim the manager was extremely professional, productive, and polite! He was managing at least 2 other employees, and helping 5 other customers at the same time. The staff was on point as well! He made sure everything was good with me and my rental and this place, I can tell, runs smoothly because of him!

Thank you Eric for helping me during a stressful period with my key being loss. I can’t thank you enough…. Any key home repair I definitely recommend. Took something bad to find helpful, knowledgeable folks at this Ace hardware. ☀☺
