I like that they sell leatherman and other knives. They have a good selection of bolts and fasteners. They have sometimes hard to find products like skeleton locks. They just came out this year selling Stihl products. Only reason for the 4 stars is because they stopped selling Milwaukee products and, though they do screen repair, the screens come out crooked.

Friendly as soon you walk in. Everyone is working together, willing to help. Great store with lots of different, unusual items. A place you could spend the day just checking out the shelves and feel right at home.

Came to find a bolt that had broken on my recliner and to have 8 keys made. Aiden, was new to the job, but was extremely helpful and patient. Great customer service kiddo. This will be my go to Ace.

Review is for the Ace staff (4 stars) and the experience of picking up a U-haul that we'd rented online (0 stars, lol). The U-haul aspect was a nightmare. Erik from Ace was patient and helped us sort out the reservation and the cost by placing a call to U-haul. We are grateful for Erik but will try a different rental company in the future. What should have been a quick stop to pick up the truck and supplies turned out to take an hour and we have to drive to another U-haul place to picked up the supplies we rented to go with the truck ?
