“Gloria (apt mgr) has been amazing every step of our lease and move-in! We can’t say enough good things about the process. So happy with our apt and other tenants are very friendly. The grounds are immaculate and so open with fresh landscaping. Highly recommend this location and the management! Our little Daisy LOVES this place!”
“They have the wrong phone number for the front desk and every time I am able to find the real number no one answers the phone. The maintenance system is really slow and when you put a work order it takes several days if not weeks to get it resolved. They usually only do half the work anyways. The apartments themselves are definitely nice and for the price you pay they are worth it for sure. This could be cheaper than anywhere else on campus considering I paid nearly double last year to sleep in a closet of a dorm where I had to share a bathroom with everyone else. It is nice, and affordable for what you're getting, but I wish they were more organized and structured.”
