“For your information!! The lobby is closed. The sign at the door said, "LOBBY IS TEMPORARILLY CLOSED. Our Drive-Thru will remain open." It also said that you need to call them to schedule an appointment if you need access to their lobby.The picture is the screenshot of the top of bbvausa.com . I forgot to check their website before I headed there, so I hope this review will help somebody who wanted to visit BBVA lobby :)”

“I had the unfortunate experience of being scammed by someone impersonating my bank (not bank of Colorado) and since I also have bank of Colorado accounts I went into the branch to discuss any risks to those accounts and my identity and what I could do about it. I was so fortunate to work with Allie at this branch. She got to work quickly getting info on how to protect my account (which thankfully Bank of Colorado has a program to monitor my accounts, ss# etc) got me set up with new accounts and was so pleasant helping me turn this situation around. “I came to know First Interstate Bank while helping my dad during his terminal illness. We spent quite a bit of time there getting his accounts in order, and the staff took great care of him and treated him as a friend. The regional director of the bank even came to my dad's funeral. “I have been a customer for many years. I use services in Greeley. The employees are and have always been amazing. My problem is with the drive up ATM. This has been ongoing for several months now. Making a deposit is almost impossible. It will take some bills then spit the rest out. Today it spit my bills all the way out onto the wet ground. Had to back my car up to reach ones under car. The security guard was great to help me. I was only depositing 12 bills I had just gotten frim withdrawal. I use a walker and didnt want to get out in rain to go inside. Used drive thru with tubes to finish transaction. Teller very understanding. Time to replace the ATM machine with one that actually will take a deposit in one try.”
