“I had to replace a battery on my iPhone 7 Plus in August 2023. The phone was a hand-me down; the battery was "tired". In January 2024 the new replaced battery did not hold the charge anymore. As it was still under warranty, Batteries Plus replaced it for a new one. No questions asked, no problem. Thank you!!!”
