OMG! Vickie, works on the far left side of the store is one on the most unfriendly person I have Delta with in a long time. I had a prepaid return so I walked over to her counter. She was standing there putting lables on a number of envelopes. I wait and she grabs more and starts to lable them. She never acknowledged that I was standing on the other side of the counter. She then takes all the envelopes and puts them in a box in the back (two trips). Finally three or four minutes later she acknowledges me but a coworker was leaving and she chatted with her for another two minutes! Not talking to me but to herself about how the computer is all messed up. It took 10 minutes to get out for 2 minutes ordeal. I won't be back.

Never had a knock on my door the fedex lady named Kimmy supposedly went the next day and never posted a ticket or knocked I went to the main store and was told to wait for my package at loaf and jug and no one came I never got my package

I would give 0 stars if possible - said they attempted delivery multiple times while posting photos of stairwells that don’t belong to my apartment. No number to call only an overseas “help” line. Awful - will use UPS

FedEx Two Day shipping resulted in a Never Arriving Shipment. It’s been well over a week and my package still shows as “located at Greeley facility” without a single attempt to deliver it to my address.

Every single FedEx package I receive which is routed through the Greeley hub is delayed, regardless of the shipping method you pay for. Overnight packages normally take 5-7 days of delivery exceptions on the truck before an actual delivery attempt is made. This hub needs a management change.

Well 4 years I've been dealing with the same problem,yesterday we're waiting for our package my son and I we looked at tracking and it said out for delivery we said it's nice out let's go sit out front and wait and 30 minutes went by I look at the tracking again and It says attempted delivery redeliver tomorrow now I know this isn't true and I know there ain't alot I can do but the service on delivery is 1 star more often then it isn't. Drivers take 5 seconds to look at the package it has my name my phone number and there's a code been given to yall 2 dozen times or more I'm always waiting I stream by my front door one way in and out. Stop LYING and make you're deliveries we got families to feed to without our stuff we can't period! If I see better service I'll change this review until then I'll be hoping! Sincerely
