“Excellent Guest Service. Clean and inviting rooms. Pet friendly. Beds were very comfortable. Good breakfast with many choices. Hot coffee in the lobby available during most of the morning, day, and night. Not far from UNC. Good resturants very close by. We will be back when visiting our student!”
“We've been here twice. Each time was for a funeral. The staff was very accommodating and gave us a bereavement rate that no other hotel in the vicinity would give us. The rooms are spacious but a little dated. Our thermostat worked well. They do not offer breakfast but Zigggi's down south on 35th is close and has a great menu.”

“5 star all the way! We were in town while my sister was in the hospital then again when she passed away. We were not in a mental place to deal with a lot and the folks here took good care of us. They had cookies at the front desk with someone always there to greet guests. The dining area, elevators, and rooms were all clean. And every worker was friendly and went above and beyond. I will be staying here again!”
“Price was perfect for a last-minute reservation. The room was way nicer than we expected for the price. We accidentally left some prescription medication and called 2 days later to find they had found it and saved it for us even though they didn’t have to. We definitely will refer friends and family and will stay there again.”

“Our daughter and new son-in-law were married here in November, 2025. What a great venue and the service was excellent. We had good cooperation and participation from the employees and they helped us at all stages of the preparation and ceremony. We had a wonderful wedding and I would recommend this venue if you want a great event experience.
