“Whoever the woman working on the morning of June 27 was - I thank you. You gave me a little faith again that people will go above and beyond. I found myself in the lobby at 4:00 a.m. and the coffee was ready unexpectedly because usually it's 6:00 am. But I see this woman running around like crazy and I asked her what she's doing and she says I'm getting extra ready because I have a group of workers here out of town that have to be out of here sooner than 6:00. What a compassionate thing to do. I hope this message is reviewed by someone that can give you the kudos you deserve. Thank you.”
“We've been here twice. Each time was for a funeral. The staff was very accommodating and gave us a bereavement rate that no other hotel in the vicinity would give us. The rooms are spacious but a little dated. Our thermostat worked well. They do not offer breakfast but Zigggi's down south on 35th is close and has a great menu.”

“5 star all the way! We were in town while my sister was in the hospital then again when she passed away. We were not in a mental place to deal with a lot and the folks here took good care of us. They had cookies at the front desk with someone always there to greet guests. The dining area, elevators, and rooms were all clean. And every worker was friendly and went above and beyond. I will be staying here again!”

“Beautiful venue for our wedding! Everyone loved it. The misters were a plus since it was so hot outside! We stayed there and the rooms were beautiful and very spacious and clean. The staff was amazing in helping with anything and being so supportive. Outdoor bar, fire pits, and yard games were a bonus! Our day was absolutely perfect here!”
