“1st off I do bank with them and LOVE them because they have definitely worked with me more then once. But this story isn't about me..I work with homeless people. My job closes to clients at 3pm. It THUNDER STORMING.. A client pulled up at 430 pm thinking that we had overnight shelter. (Dropped off by a random guy who saw an old man walking in the rain and wanted to help.. bless you sir)We do not have overnight shelter.. I asked him if he had any money. He said no. My coworker confirmed that he Does have money in his bank of Colorado account, he just doesn't have his debit card or ID. I know that this branch is amazing so without any real hope I called to see if they could help him access his money. They confirmed the clients account and that funds was available (after talking to him directly of course) and let us know there was a live ATM that he could access money at to get a hotel room. I called a hotel we worked with and they agreed to accept the client for a night with no ID.. without the AMAZING customer service, or indeed the fact that the client banks here, he would be sleeping on the street tonight. Excellent work BOC.. I Was already a fan, but this is Amazing!”
