Editing my review to add a new experience, this one worse than the last: I am a doordash driver. Unfortunately doordash does not notify dashers of large or heavy items in the order (they're supposed to, but they often don't). Recieved an order for a 50 pound bag of dog food and didn't know the size until I arrived at the store to pick it up. I told the employee "I am 8 months pregnant and shouldn't be lifting this much, could someone please help me with the item to my car?" Employee just laughed and said "just be thankful it's not a giant fish tank" and gave me a cart. I'm sorry, but how incredibly rude. I hope you have the day you deserve sir.
Dear PetSmart, please train your clerks to not give dogs treats without asking the owner first. Especially if the owner happens to be buying prescription dog food, it's probably safer to assume that the dog should not be given a treat than it is to assume that they should. We're glad that you had her prescription in stock and we love taking her to your store because she really enjoys walking around and sniffing and interacting with the other dogs, but this kind of disregard for our consent makes us feel uncomfortable bringing our dog back to your establishment. We would love for her to continue to have fun experiences at your store, but we aren't willing to risk that she would need another surgery because your employees give her treats that could make her sick and possibly even kill her.

The girl that works in the fish section is very rude and unprofessional. Hides when she sees customers looking at the fish, ignores call button and has the nerve to act angry when you have a cashier call her.

Took my pup in today and Crystal absolutely exceeding my expectations. She was so sweet and did an amazing job on my pup. She even put little bows in her hair! I would recommend her to anyone! 😊

I want to give Reina a big shout out for how much patience she had for my dog he has had a bad experience probably due to a doctors visit and he has been a little anxious and not too happy when I take him in to get groomed, she finds a way to make him and I feel good and does an amazing job at getting him all cleaned up and handsome again! Thank you Reina for your kindness and patience you rock! (:

Nice store but the mealworm selection is a joke. Container says 100ct giant mealworms and there is maybe 20 TINY mealworms in the container. Wish Greeley had a local business that sells reptile food cause PetSmart selection is laughable.

Telling me you can’t take my vets prescription for my dying cat and I HAVE to use banfield for a prescription card, the vet that ignored my concerns and missed MULTIPLE major organ deformities

I am BEYOND UPSET with the grooming services this time around. They did NOT do the same service as last time. I don’t know what happened and why they made my dog look like this. In some areas her hair is shorter and in others her hair is longer. Her tail was completely cut off all around. I asked for a trim all around and they did the opposite. I will not be taking my dog to the same person next time. His name is Brayden S. This is unacceptable !!!!!!!

Went to PetSmart to get my little turtle 🐢 some freeze dried shrimp and boy was it expensive the poor guy's got to eat doesn't he? 🐢. They have everything under the sun that you could think of and then some ❤️ but the prices are through the ceiling this inflation s*** has got to end something's got to equal out. Other than that there's not much to say they have everything I could spend hours there but bring your pocketbook

Their reptile feeders are cheaper than petco but petco tends to be far better for fish selection. Their tanks also tend to be cleaner

This place is never busy when I go but always seems to have the pet supplies I am looking for and has regular sales to make it cheaper.
