“Eaton post office does an excellent job. The staff is so friendly. We accidentally put something in our mailbox that didn’t have postage on it yet. It was a lockbox so we couldn’t get it out. We called and explained the situation. We were told it would be a few days before they could retrieve it- which was fine with us! But then, Nicole went above and beyond!! Within hours Nicole has retrieved it and rang our doorbell to personally deliver it back to us. Wow!!! This is outstanding customer service. Thanks Nicole!!”

“Im a seller for mercari and most of the staff in here is very nice. However there was an older gentleman working there who didn't like that I stood in line to get my items scanned. He told me i could put my packages in the drop off area to the right of him. The next time I brought a package in I put it where he told me to and it never got checked in and im pretty sure it was stolen. When I came back to ask him about filing a report he got very short with me. I continued to be nice to him and say thank you during this interaction and he just glared at me and said nothing. The package is completely gone and im out the money for it. I would've appreciated him helping me file a report for missing mail instead of being rude to me. Please dont tell people to place their packages where they could be lost or stolen. Also dont make sellers feel bad for ensuring our packages go where they need to. Suffice it to say I will never drop off another package without it getting scanned. This was 5/10 or 5/11 around 11 am. I would like this looked into because there were cameras there and my package was very likely stolen.”
