“I came to them looking for a wheel and 2 new tires on a Tuesday. The rep that helped me found what I needed within my price range and called for the parts. I was there 2 days later to have the wheel and 2 tires put on at 4pm, and it was no issue to them to have it done within an hour. The rep came to me later and told me the wheel wasn't perfectly round; I might notice a wobble at high speeds. He also assured me he was calling around for a free replacement he notified me of after the weekend, and my wheel/tire issue was completely resolved within a week of my first phone call. They were very nice, very patient, and multiple reps at the counter had time for my issues and to find resolutions or break down information. I would easily go back. I will easily go back when I need to replace the other 2 tires.”
