“The experience was awesome! I messed up and put the wrong pick up time on a mobile check in, but the guy at the desk was very helpful and we were able to pick up a truck a few hours later which worked out fine. We returned it at night off hours and while I was not able to do the mobile drop off, final charges came through the next day and a receipt was emailed out. Top notch, very courteous service with no hassle from them whatsoever for my mess-up, only helpfulness that resulted in a super positive experience. No problems with the truck at all as we were charged additionally only for the 13 miles over our estimate. Definitely recommend this location. I wish I had gotten his name, but he was the younger of the two I saw at the counter. Keep that guy employed! He is good for your company!”
