“Gave 4 stars instead of 2 because the staff are really nice and go above and beyond for customer service. Would warn that the place where they currently get their used cars inspected does a poor job. I drove over an hour to see the car that passed their inspection. Then I got my own pre-purchase inspection done elsewhere and found over $3K worth of serious issues including a leaking differential, faulty spark plugs, misalignment, black transmission fluid, and bald tires. Wasted morning due to this dealership not making sure their cars are properly maintained. Would not recommend buying here without a separate inspection performed.”

“Back in May 2021, our 2010 Nissan Sentra was dying and we knew it was time for a new car. We left our house with the intention of going out to buy a new car. We made our first stop at a different Northern Colorado Subaru dealership- the first thing we noticed when we pulled up is that they had basically no cars in the lot. When we walked in the salesman was very off putting- basically "I don't have any cars and I can't help you." I shrugged and figured they DIDNT want to sell a car so we walked out of the first dealership. Called Greeley Subaru instead and got Blaine Trimbach on the phone. It was a night and day difference in terms of him being helpful, friendly, informative. We wanted a Crosstrek and Greeley Subaru DID have Crosstreks in stock to sell so we drove out to Greeley. It was a great all around car buying experience from him giving us a tour of the Crosstrek, getting us a very competitive rate on financing, our two year old was getting antsy during the extended paperwork part of any car buying transaction- they got her colors and snacks so we could get the paperwork done. We love the Crosstrek and have already put more than 3000+ miles on it so I have also taken it for service at Greeley Subaru for oil change and can say they have an excellent service department as well as sales. I will continue to drive it out to Greeley for service even though there is another Subaru dealership closer to home. You won't regret buying your car at Greeley Subaru!”

“Im not from Colorado or Greeley and was traveling through. I stayed the night and the next morning I went to start my truck and nothing. I had my truck towed to the local Ford house on Saturday. I have new Ford F250 Tremor will 20K miles on it. The team here at Ken Garff got it in on Monday to diagnose it and they found the issue right away, my fuse bank got some water inside of it causing it to short out. They ordered the part it came in late Tuesday and I had my truck back on Wednesday morning and was back on the road with little down time. In today's world time is money and Ken Garff Ford realizes that with all their customers. I really like the service I received here at Ken Garff Ford and would like to suggest to everyone that needs their Ford serviced or looking to purchase a new vehicle to come by and see Tysen (General Manager) or Ron (Service Manager) and let them help you in the professional way they helped me. Even if you just want to see what Ford has to offer in their new vehicle line up. Come kick some tires I'm sure they wouldn't mind.”

“Michael from the Service dept. Noticed I was standing in line and had not been helped yet, he walked towards me and immediately asked if I had been helped. He was both warm and welcoming and helped me get checked in for a service appointment. I also needed to schedule an appointment for another issue and not only did he listen to what was going on with my vehicle he also offered a package deal to help me save money with future oil changes. He gave me an estimated time that my car would be ready and also checked in with me at the halfway point while I was waiting in the lobby.While I was waiting in the lobby, Irene who was at the front desk offered me the complimentary coffee and bottled water. She also told me about an event that they were holding at the dealership and encouraged me to participate. She even went so far as to offer me some popcorn while I waited, and delivered it to me in a bowl with a napkin!! Wow!!! Everyone I came into contact with seemed very happy to be at work and were extremely friendly and courteous.I have to say I have never walked into a workplace and felt so welcome and taken care of! I truly believe that even Henry Ford himself would be impressed by these people in this facility.”
