“Wow! These guys are awesome! We bought a Honda from them got it home the next day I went to start it and the ignition switch went out of it. We let the dealership know about it and they said that they would come up to our place with the new part and just replace it. This dealership is in Greeley and I live close to Cheyenne Wyoming these guys drove an hour and a half just to replace this part on our car! “This was my second vehicle purchase from Mike Shaw Subaru, but my first time working with Frank Brewster. We were purchasing my son’s very first car, so this was a meaningful purchase for our family. I initially filled out some information online and was connected with Frank within a day. When I came in, he showed me the vehicle I had already been looking at online, but he also took the time to show me a few others I hadn’t considered. One of those ended up being the car we purchased.
A few days later, I brought my son back so he could see and test drive the car himself. Frank was there throughout the entire process and never once made me feel pressured or rushed. I actually took a few days afterward to talk everything over with my husband before making a decision, and I really appreciated having the space to do that.
When we came back to purchase the vehicle, the process was very smooth (as smooth as a car purchase can be.) Frank worked hard to help us get my son the car he wanted while keeping the payment within a range I felt comfortable with for his first vehicle, and I was extremely grateful for that. What stood out even more was how much time Frank took with my son. He walked him through the features of the car, showed him where he would bring it for oil changes, and even let him know he could stop by for the occasional car wash when they have time. Those little things made the experience feel much more personal than simply buying a car.
The vehicle needed a new windshield and detailing before we could take it home, and they had everything completed within just a few days. Once it was ready, they even offered to deliver the car directly to our house. We have two other children under three, so that was incredibly helpful and genuinely appreciated. They dropped the car off with a bow on it so we could take pictures.
From the initial contact, to choosing the right vehicle, financing, and finally getting the car home, everyone was informative, thoughtful, and easy to work with. Frank especially went above and beyond to make my son’s first-car experience a memorable one. I can’t recommend Mike Shaw Subaru, and Frank Brewster enough. We will absolutely keep them in mind for future Subaru purchases.”

“Im not from Colorado or Greeley and was traveling through. I stayed the night and the next morning I went to start my truck and nothing. I had my truck towed to the local Ford house on Saturday. I have new Ford F250 Tremor will 20K miles on it. The team here at Ken Garff got it in on Monday to diagnose it and they found the issue right away, my fuse bank got some water inside of it causing it to short out. They ordered the part it came in late Tuesday and I had my truck back on Wednesday morning and was back on the road with little down time. In today's world time is money and Ken Garff Ford realizes that with all their customers. I really like the service I received here at Ken Garff Ford and would like to suggest to everyone that needs their Ford serviced or looking to purchase a new vehicle to come by and see Tysen (General Manager) or Ron (Service Manager) and let them help you in the professional way they helped me.
