Went to them to get my CV axle repaired under warranty, come to find out, my O2 sensor was never remounted, and now I have to spend another $160 to fix their mistake, this could have been easily avoided had the tech kept track of his hardware, will never use this service again, no attention to detail

I called the dealership twice, emailed them once and talk to a sales representative who knew nothing about the car in question who promised to have the owner call me the next day with the info, but no one ever contacted me!This dealership is not serious about selling cars and has a very poor customer service.
