“We needed new wipers on our car. Never changed them on this car before. We asked an employee to come put them on for us cause you can do that. He name was Ethan. But We couldn't get the word to release and come up. We almost quit even Ethan said he'd really like to help us out he could so we didn't get charged elsewhere to get them put on. Which was great. So I decided to Google our car and we did find out how to get then into maintenance mode and got them changed in just a few minutes. Thanks Ethan!
