I was stranded with a broken trailer hitch while camping and came into O’Reilly hoping for a miracle. Chuck greeted us as soon as we walked in the door and asked how he could help. Within 10 minutes, he had a solution and got us the part we needed. Chuck saved our trip and is an awesome human. Thank you Chuck!
