“I happily go out of my way to land at this airport because of Irving's incredible customer service and the convenience and quality of SIXT. The last two times I flew to Colorado I have endured a layover for the reward of getting a rental vehicle here. Irving is simply awesome, makes everything clear, and he goes the extra mile. Other rental car companies have had long waits, inconsistent vehicle quality, or lack of certain features like AWD. Not the case here at this excellent SIXT location. The counter is right near baggage claim, and the vehicle pickup is just outside the airport terminal, and they have vehicles ready for mountain roads. SIXT is pushing the envelope of ease and value in the rental car arena, and a crucial part of that is hiring quality staff. Be careful renting a car here, you won't be able to go back!”

They delivered the car to our hotel and at the end of the day, we valet parked it and they picked it up the next day (we paid the valet fee). Very convenient, impeccably clean vehicle, and Nicole was lovely. I had never heard of Go Rental before but I will certainly look for them the next time I need a rental.”

“We flew into Denver having ordered an SUV 4 months in advance. We waited as they upgraded us to a large SUV a half hour later as a smaller SUV was not available. It turns out that the large SUV didn’t fit in the garage of our rented Condo at Vail. And there is no overnight parking on the streets. Sonce Denver had no smaller SUVs, we called the Eagle Hertz location as it is near to Vail and connected with the Hertz employee, Maryanne. She was a superstar! She totally and sympathetic understood the situation, told us she would look for ann appropriate SUV and might have one at 11. When we called her at 11 - she said she had a smaller SUV held there for us. When we arrived, she had all the paper work done and we exchanged keys in minutes. Tonight the car is in the garage, away from being ticketed and protected from the snowstorm starting later tonight! Maryanne, thank you again!! You are the best.”
