“Originally had scheduled a reservation online at Thrifty, next door. Arrived at 9:00, a woman camecout from behind the back, did not make eye contact or soeak with me and then retreated back to the back. no one else was there, no one else ever came out. Sign said call the number, no answer. Another sign said check the building across the parking lot, nobody who could assist was there. An hour had now passed and we checked with Budget next door. I can't remember her name but she was a tall blonde woman named Katie. She was able to match the rate taht we had with Thrifty and get us going despite some obstacles we encountered. She was knowledgeable about our needs and situation and able to get us into a vehicle. Thank you Katie! I will be booking with Budget @'Eagle/Vaillancourt next trip out. If you want a smooth experience free of hassles, I recommend you do the same!”

They delivered the car to our hotel and at the end of the day, we valet parked it and they picked it up the next day (we paid the valet fee).
