“I'd give the morning ladies 10 stars if I could! They're actually an enjoyable part of my morning routine. All 3 ladies are welcoming to every customer walking in. Coffee and food is always fresh. I've never seen any of them take a moment of down time. They're clean, fast, and efficient. The owner and management of the store should be very proud of this team! If they had gas, I'd never go anywhere else. In fact, getting coffee somewhere else when I need gas feels unusual to me now.”

“I came in here 4 years ago and the people were rude and unhelpful. I broke my phone badly recently and was hesitant on going to this location due to past experiences but it’s the closest to my job. I went in yesterday and got some the best customer service I ever received at any phone store. Soon as I walked in I was greeted, asked what I needed help with and 1 min in both Brennan and Jada had 2 routes I could go and carefully explained the benefits of both routes. Very friendly and helpful people. Not only that they both offered and helped me set up my new phone I just purchased and answered all my questions. I was thankful for their patience being I had a baby and a toddler with me. I’ll definitely be coming back. 10/10 for Brennan and Jada. ⭐️”

“Hi i was here around 8:50- 9 a.m today and i was with my aunty getting coffee, mind you shes elderly has cancer and she asked the male worker there, at that time if there was any more coffee made or if they could throw some on and we would wait for it. He was completely rude to us with his short handed, response with attitude. We then proceed to check out, with the blonde nice lady, who was nice enough to help another customer get the hot cocoa machine fixed before anyone walked up to the register to check out, many costumers werepleased with her service and then the same male worker went up to her and embarrassed that blonde nice worker, trying to make her feel bad for helping a costumer be pleased and content for breakfast before rush came in. He tricked and manipulated/gaslighted her said to her "ohh woww thats cool huhh, i see someone got the machine working!?" and she responded "yes!! i did!! for a costumer!!" He said "?well you made a big mess! all over the place its drippin everywhere!!!" Mind you shes helping three costumers again at the register while he is saying this. i was there i seen the spill it wasnt a mess and he completey belittled her for it and embarrassed her. She was grown kept her composure and continued to help us and others while he just looked at her in disgust. I felt soo bad seeing her smile and energy fade that fast by this mans attitude, behavior and comments.”

“I would just like to take this time to say that The 7-Eleven at this location is phenomenal. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave the customer service is impeccable. The staff is probably some of the friendliest people I have ever seen at a convenience store. I have come here a few times before and it is always been the same amazing customer service. The employees always have a smile on their face is and they're always willing to help with whatever need the customer has. I was looking for a face mask during this Covid pandemic, and they only had some that were not of my liking. I'm not sure if the gentleman is the manager or the franchise owner of this particular 7-Eleven, but he was kind enough To give me two of their employee masks at no charge. I insisted on paying for them but he was so gracious that he gave them both to me. Also, his employee Lynette is a breath of fresh air, she is always so kind as well as the other staff members. I applied this customer service especially in the times that we are living nowadays. Thank you guys again for everything you do for the public. It is extremely appreciated. Best, AMC”
