Drivers must be untarped and unstrapped before their appointment time for quick and painless unloading. The staff provides great customer service and a positive attitude, making drivers feel welcome and respected.
Aurora was so friendly and helpful. She let me park overnight in the lot .till my appointment 9am next day lowes dc is way better than home depot . Thank for being kind and courteous to us drivers it makes a big difrence .
