“Joel in the Appliance Department at Lowe’s is hands down the best appliance salesperson I’ve ever worked with. As a Marine veteran, his professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail really stood out from the moment we started shopping.
He made our purchase of a Samsung Bespoke AI refrigerator completely seamless and genuinely enjoyable. He took the time to understand our needs, walked us through all of our options without any pressure, and thoroughly explained the extended warranty (which I highly recommend after hearing everything it covers).
What impressed me most was his personal approach. He treated us like people instead of just another sale, answered every question with confidence, and made sure we felt comfortable with our decision before we left. It was honestly one of the best appliance purchasing experiences I’ve ever had.
Because of Joel, we’ll be coming back to this Lowe’s for all of our future home improvement projects. Employees like him are hard to find, and Lowe’s is lucky to have him. If you’re shopping for appliances, do yourself a favor and ask for Joel—you won’t be disappointed.”
