“Shout out to Hailey working customer service on 11/10/23 at 7pm. I watched her navigate a return for a very nasty, entitled individual who was making obnoxious demands at the customer service in a rude demeanor. He was speaking loudly and throwing credit cards at her aggressively while demanding an item be returned outside of his return window. She kept her cool and remained respectful and concise through the encounter. I was so impressed! Rockstar!”
“Flatbed delivery - They allow o/n parking after 1700 the evening before your appt. If you arrive earlier, there is room for parking outside the gate. Once checked in, unloading was quick and painless. Be untarped and unstrapped before your appt time, or they will skip over you.”
