However, I have since come to learn the vehicle is 100% as good as Max represented! Max was the ultimate professional in all of our dealings, accommodating and patient with every request, and responsive, courteous both pre and post sale!... Not only was he completely co=operative with sending me any, and all photos/videos of the car, but also with the paperwork/administrative processes/s involved. I can not recommend Max highly enough. “We bought a 2016 Kia Soul from Crescent Auto Sales. Since the sales yard is about an hour from where we live, it wasn't convenient to take the car to a local, trusted mechanic to get checked. Instead, the rep wrote into the buying agreement that we could take the car to a mechanic after purchase, and if there were any red flags, Crescent Automotive would repair them, free of charge. As it turned out, the alternator and rear brakes needed replacing -- and Crescent Automotive stood by their word, replacing both promptly after receiving the parts, no charge to me. I don't think I've ever received such service from a used car dealer -- it impressed me.”
“It's a buy here/pay here. Usually 30% of vehicle price as down payment & something like 24 months to pay off the rest [is what determines your monthly payment. (Most (or all) of the vehicles sold are rebuilt from salvage titles). Helpful staff (depending on the day lol). Usually not busy 09/2023.”
