“My first experience at this dealership was today, a female representative by the name of Kim show me around the entire complex. Help me with a finding a representative that could help me with a warranty transfer form and even offered me refreshments and conversation about the O'Meara dealership. That is what I call great customer service, and showed me all the history of the past O'Meara Ford dealerships. I will bring my new to me Ford truck there for servicing. It's a little farther of a drive than the one that's closest to me by about 15 miles,but I think it'd be well worth it. Kim is a great representative to O'Mara Ford. Thanks again, David B”

“Maurizio has a good heart. A lot of finance managers and car sales people would just rake you over the coals. Maurizio treats you the way that I would imagine that he would want to be treated. I have decent credit, but a few blemishes, and I was expecting the credit score to come back much higher. Ie for the dealership to make a bit of money at financing.I was very pleased with the rate. He reached out to a credit union for financing. Not something that every dealership does. Thank you for the great purchasing experience.”

Mostly actually enjoyed buying a car here though. He never rushed us, he let us do a good test drive, he didn’t try to bully us. Will check back in when I need another vehicle. 2 weeks after buying, we are happy with the van.”

“Ivan was very straight forward and honest. He did what he could for us and was very professional. Both Ivan and George took the time to walk us through the whole process. We walked with confidence for the price we got and what we got for it. It’s the 2007 RAV4 with 260000+ mileage on it and has a few minor dents but still runs quite well and in a good condition regardless. They both said they would take care of us at heir cost if we run into any issues in the future. Praying that we won’t but it’s comforting knowing they have our back just in case.
