Fantastic experience trading in my phone! Quick easy and left with better products and a cheaper bill. We even realized after taking off my case that my phone was cracked. Any phone any condition saved the day!

A huge thank you to Connie Pancorbo, Cari Sauls, and Ryan Hamilton. After hours of talking in circles with the AT&T customer care line, my partner and I came to the store in a final effort to merge our phone plans. Connie, Cari, and Ryan helped us to solve our plan issues that no phone rep could figure out. They advocated for us and ensured that my partner could remain a First Net customer. We will be going to this store for all of our future phone needs!!!

Terrible customer service. I dealt with Connie and opened a business line. There is an issue that I've needed help with.... I've sent emails, texts, and even called the store yesterday and left her a message..... THREE WEEKS AND ZERO RESPONSE!!!!! it is clear she only cares about commission dollars, not the customer. I'd go elsewhere if I were you.

Just wanted to upgrade my wife iPhone and the experience was really bad . Long waiting time and at the end IT was not possible to finish the process after more than 20 minutes ( system issue as Manager explained) so they asked me to be Back the day after - again same problem and Manager was not really friendly , so they are not Customer oriented and at the end they added a New Line to my plan and i did not ask for that With the excuse that I was saving money , but again could not finish the process so, they asked me to complete IT online.
So, very frustrated process, so I will not be back to AT&T Store at Highlands Ranch. I will drive couple of miles and go to another AT&T Store.

I walked in looking to get service disconnected on my Apple Watch and Cari was the person I had the pleasure to talk to. She was very informative, easy going and helped me walk out with a new phone and a iPad! On top of that she lowered my monthly bill! I was honestly on the fence but with her expertise and just her overall genuine personality she made my experience 10x better. If only all AT&T stores had a Cari more customers would feel much more confident in their purchase and experience. Thank you Cari!

The staff at this store is wonderful. Carrie was so kind, super knowledgeable, and very helpful. Even though the store was busy she was attentive to all of her customers. She’s great!!!

This is now my new go to AT&T store. Quick and simple upgrade to a new phone where other stores take hours and try and upsell you (not here), easy exchange of my old phone for a great trade in rate, and great accessory recommendations based on my needs. Three cheers for the personable banter from Garrett and the new hire Taylor! Great job!

Our experience in the store was amazing, we actually went before to xfinity to upgrade our phones and the service was no good. So we decide to go to AT&T, just for curiosity, the best customer service, after talking about services and prices that we decide to switch for AT&T, and upgrade our phones, we are very happy for the decision, better price and very good people work in the store.

I don't think this store is customer focused, but numbers driven. I went into their store to upgrade my phone as I have next up, and UBreakIFix was unable to fix my phone. After speaking to a very kind sales associate, another associate came over with a solution. "Just add a line" pay on both.
