Went in today and to get some account stuff fixed and was super thankful to see Mekale (sp?) working - he's always kind, attentive, and efficient at fixing anything I've got going on with my business account lines or personal lines.

I had to urgently buy a new phone and we went to the store 10min before it closed and there we saw Austin who offered to help us, he stayed with us for over an hour after closing to make sure I got the phone and even though the information didn’t work he still called his manager to make it work.
