Can’t give five stars to phone customer service or other aspects of my experience with AT&T, but I will say the customer service staff at this store location (Highlands Ranch, CO) is exceptional- Garrett in particular. If I have any service or billing issues, I go to the store to resolve them. They’ve helped fix the problem- quickly and effectively- every time.

Wonderful service, I went in with an issue with my pre paid plan. At&t totally screwed it all up. Both of the associates that helped where wonderful, they worked together to solve my issues in about 20 minutes and I was out of there with my service working! Best. At&t store in the area, thanks guys I appreciate your support! ????

0 stars! ATT has good reps in store, but Sarah, the manager is terrible! I asked to speak with her, she made me wait 30 minutes, then she told one of her assistants to tell me she couldn't help. I was at her store for over 3 hours, and they still wouldn't help with my account. Their corporate customer service is just as awful! I was a business customer too! I'll never do business with ATT again, thanks to Sarah.

Romeo and his associate helped us decipher the mess that the ATT kiosk at Sam’s Club got us into. This mess included being told that we would be able to get a 25% off our total bill, “Only certain Occupations”, not all health care professions. Also told that our new upgrade would include New iPhone 15 Pros, Not True we are still having to pay for part of these phones. Also told we are on the best plan. Not true. Romeo and his associate explained clearly what we have, what we need to change and exactly what we will be paying for. Thank You So Much!!! Appreciate your time and expertise!!! We will be back.
