I went to the car dealership where I had purchased my vehicle and was told I needed new brakes. I decided to get a second opinion at Brakes Plus and was helped by a wonderful woman named Hope. She took the time to explain to me the issues my brakes had as well as giving me a quote for a repair. I would definitely come back thanks to the great customer service Hope provided!

Highly recommend this shop, especially GM Dante who went above and beyond making sure my truck was all set before I left his shop. His team showed me some wiggle in the front ball joints and said it was likely under warranty, which it was. Will definitely be back and telling others about my great experience with his team there.

I came in to get service and an employee named Hope was literally heaven sent!! Not only did she help me with my services but she made my whole experience great from the minute I walked into the door until I left. Very personable, helpful, accommodating and also understanding of my needs during this rough economy. These people are amazing, especially Hope!

Hope, was so kind, professional, and informative. She explained everything clearly, made sure I understood what was being done, and went above and beyond to make the process easy and stress-free. My oil change was quick, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers like she does. Highly recommend asking for Hope if you stop by she’s the best!

Honestly they use very poor quality brakes parts compared to oem.
They worked on my brakes replacing the OE rotors and pads with their stuff, and it is cheap junk. The rotors they put on warped, they blamed it on me…
They tried to “turn” the poor quality rotors they installed, same issue. They use low quality brakes parts, to keep you coming back.
I’m currently taking every brake part they put on and replacing with quality parts.
I would never, ever recommend them for brakes!
EDIT: This is a pic of just one of the new rotors they put on my vehicle to replace the ones that warped a little over a year ago.
As mentioned above these new rotors warped again….Colorado is not a rust belt state, but look at the rust on this rotor. I’ve never seen any rotor rust like that.
This is taking me hours of time to correct their inefficiencies. No grease was applied to the pins, no grease on contact points.
Apparently they want you to wait in store for repair “book time” while doing a very poor job.

Dante was awesome, I took my car to another mechanic shop and they told me over $5000 of repairs, Dante showed me exactly what was going on on my vehicle and what I would need to fix in order to be safe and for only$1100! I really appreciate the time the team took to check out my car and I really feel like they weren’t trying to take advantage of me!

Dani was an absolute angel! Got me in very last minute and spent a good amount of time giving me advice on next steps with my newly purchased car that is already having issues. Definitely the kind of people you want looking at your vehicle!
