“I received outstanding service from Terry who works in Customer Service. She went above and beyond all my expectations. I had an issue with a Weber grill. She looked at all the options available. After the first option didn't work I returned and there was Terry ready and eager to find a solution. After coming up with more suitable solutions she reached out to Jennifer the manager on duty and she helped execute the perfect outcome. As a store manager myself I know the importance of good customer service. Terry and Jennifer went above and beyond the meaning of outstanding customer service. I will be a customer for life.”

“This is for dry van drivers: Follow the road to the yellow entrance (gate 1). Turn right to blue area and park. Go inside the small office on right to call the shipping/receiving phone# with your PU#/DEL#. Then, follow red shaded direction to the yellow shade entrance, again, and keep straight about 400 ft. Turn left on the yellow shade to the Pig Dock which is a concrete open dock. For flat bed drivers, your loading is by the blue shaded area by the entrance. Hope this helps!”

“Amazing service and great people. These guys are the best in town. Every person I have had the pleasure of dealing with has been nothing short of amazing. Our main sales rep, Nick Phillips is as good as they come. Very attentive and incredibly fast. One call into Nick and I have everything I asked for (other than high lead-time items like custom flashing/drip-edge of course) by next day, and sometimes same day depending on how early I call. This is crucial on the fast-paced, large-scale, multifamily projects. 10/10 would highly recommend.”

“This is our neighborhood store, and it's been fine, normally depending on who I can find and how knowledgeable in area of my question they happen to be. Recently we had to replace our washing machine, and after researching online and calling a 'discount appliance stores', which ended up being more expensive than Home Depot's sale price, we just visited our neighborhood store. They were professional and knowledgeable. The washer was delivered 4 days later, and they removed the old and installed the new in 15 minutes. Overall, it was a great experience.”
