“I have lived in the area here for about 2 years now and Jill is always there to help she's one of the most friendly and nicest people I've ever met at Dollar tree. There's also another lady there who has that same customer service. If you walk into this Dollar tree it's always clean things might be sold out but nothing's ever out of place the people working there are always ready and willing to help and you can tell that they've been trained correctly.”

“Hot lobby and no seating while you wait for the staff to check on your parts request. Stairs so no wheelchair accessibility. Mostly online. Huge selection of appliance parts. Used to be much better, but since COVID yeah not so much.”
“I'm not usually on the side of town but I stopped in for a few things. The place is nice and clean. There was one lady in there she had the best humor and was so helpful. She definitely went above and beyond what you see in most Dollar trees.. I believe she said her name was Cassi. I hope management takes care of her the way she takes care of the customers. “There are fruits and vegetables look really good, pretty impressed with that store has inside of it, for a small Market they got a lot of stuff, I left there with limes garlic apples and tamales and it only cost $11, not a bad deal”

“I love these stores and wish we had them in Montana. Only thing that was incredibly frustrating was the amount of items that did not have a price on them. I would say 60% of the items in each store I went to, did not have prices on their items. The staff got frustrated when I asked about pricing, mostly because they didn't know either and had to look it up. Other than that, I love these stores!”
“This location is pretty big and has a good stock of inventory. When we went 1/18/26 at around 4pm, the two ladies on the floor were extremely friendly and pleasant to talk to. The guy working the front was really nice too.”

“I was in this evening and had a hard time finding a few items but both Seth and Amanda had absolutely exceptional customer service skills and we're so kind to point me in the right direction and to make sure I got everything I needed this Dollar tree has above par customer service and should be seen as such! “First time in this store and I love it!! They have a good variety of everything they are open til 9pm on Sundays!! And the prices are really worth it.plus the staff is very nice. There was another lady that was arguing with the mgr but she was complaining throughout the whole store I think she was causing some kind of disturbance so she could get away with stealing but the mgr still kept his cool with her regardless and he also helped me out with my four pennies short on my checkout. Super appreciate that!! I'll be back with correct change next time”
“I just wanted to share that the manager on duty tonight I did not get her name but she had dark hair and was kind of tall was doing a fantastic job I believe both cashiers were still new, she was helping both of them through their transactions, it was busy Iand interrupted her and asked for help and she never once lost her cool, she needs a raise ?”

“My wife got the wrong set of batteries yesterday so I went back today to exchange them. I had the pleasure of meeting Carol the cashier. She made my exchange just as easy as possible. I was also impressed because she was helping out a woman in need away from the cashier's counter who was having a difficult time in her selection. The store wasn't busy, and so Carol took it upon herself to be of service. That's what I observed when I first walked into the store. Great job, Carol! You brought joy to my day.”
“I really love this store and appreciate the workers. I usually don’t come to stores super late but as I was in and out, I saw and heard people getting upset with an employee who was simply addressing the time they close. That’s all. I’ve worked in customer service for years and understand how frustrating it can be when customers give workers a hard time at closing. They have lives and wanna get home. Maybe they have kids they want to go home to. Maybe they have to come right back in the morning and want to get some sleep. You never know so I just wanted to leave a good review because retail workers deal with a lot and I know id want someone to have my back.”
“Jill L's review is nonsense. I was there and she was extremely rude and unhinged toward the workers. She received an answer she didn't like and acted entitled to have her way. She didn't get her way and threw a fit.”

“Have a vriety of products.. but as we already know nothing is 1$ now its about twenty five cents higher and most of products are about dollar fifty and five dollars. Still worth it to get a lot of products at decent price. Staff here is attentive and knowledgable. Would definetely recommend this place for any products from party supplies to greeting cards to small quantity household products.”
