“Rock Solid Custom Granite is a great business! We now worked with them twice for our stone needs. First job was a small modification to stone we already had. Rock Solid was one of the only places that happily helped, did a great job with the mods and gave us a great price. This was part of the reason that the second time we needed a granite countertops for a fix and flip property we went straight to Rock Solid. Once again great experience throughout, from quoting, measurement to the installation. The seam that was unavoidable to the size, is honestly one of the best seams we have seems, barely noticeable. Big shoutout to Sophia and her great customer service. We worked with her each time and she was a pleasure to work with!”

“We have already-purchased existing main floor tiles to finish our basement. We needed compatible tiles for the shower floor, shower walls and corner triangle shelves to hold shampoo and soap. Neither my husband, nor I, have a design bone in our bodies. It was serendipitous that MATT was available to help us at the S. Wadsworth location in Lakewood/Littleton. He did a TERRIFIC job. We had a general idea of what we wanted and Matt helped guide us to product choices in several price point ranges. We didn't feel pressured at all to go with a higher price point than we were comfortable with, and ended up going with the mid-range price point. In addition to helping us choose compatible tiles, he also thought of several things we'd need that didn't even occur to us, which could easily have caused construction delays. Such as options for how to trim the exposed edge of the wall tile (with a metal channel, bullnose or pencil tiles). We went with the pencil edge. He asked how we planned to keep the water in the shower floor. We said, huh? He explained that a shower 'curb' is in the front of a shower - you step over it to get into the shower, and it holds the water in the shower floor. He showed us a curb that was compatible with both our main floor tile and with the now-selected shower wall and floor tiles. We highly recommend both the Tile Shop and MATT! We would have spent hours and hours looking in the big-box stores and undoubtedly wouldn't have ended up with such a good-looking bathroom, and might easily have spent more in the big box stores. “I was trying to hook up a European bidet, but for warmer water I wanted to hook it up to the sink line instead of the toilet line. I went to Lowe's because it was closer but their lack of knowledge had me coming and going with little success. I then called Brook at George T Sanders, branch #3, she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and invited me to come in. Once I arrived Brian helped me take a different look at the project and he actually figured out how to make the connection that I had been struggling with for over a week. He walked us through the various decision points and was very helpful throughout the life of the project. We found him to be very knowledgeable and creative. Our project manager Valera was all over the project. He made sure everything stayed on schedule (or at least as much as possible with a construction project) and kept us informed. He was super responsive to our questions and concerns and always maintained a positive attitude (which can be tough in this business). The subcontractors and tradesmen were all very professional, did their best to avoid disruptions, and were responsive to our requests. No construction project is without its challenges and headaches - it’s unavoidable and as an owner you need to be involved. However, we really appreciated this company’s customer service, commitment to delivery of a product they can proud of, and their ability to problem solve. “It is rare that I would write to commend an employee, but our service yesterday from Katlyn was exceptional! We have never purchased or looked at tile before and were lost within the store. Katlyn took us and explained the different tiles to us, showed us around the store, and then helped us pick out what we needed. She went the extra mile and helped us figure out how much we needed and the color grout to match. Got a cart and loaded up what we needed.
