They always interacted with us in a professional and courteous manner. **** answered all our questions throughout the process, and worked with us on an item selected that didn't work with our space, replacing it with a more appropriate piece. Their daily preparation of our home prior to the work being completed, e.g., floor tarps, draping spaces, covering vents, etc., was appreciated as was the end-of-day clean-up e.g., vacuuming, wiping down wood floors and stair rails, etc. We would use Re-Bath on another project.”

“I was trying to hook up a European bidet, but for warmer water I wanted to hook it up to the sink line instead of the toilet line. I went to Lowe's because it was closer but their lack of knowledge had me coming and going with little success. I then called Brook at George T Sanders, branch #3, she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and invited me to come in. Once I arrived Brian helped me take a different look at the project and he actually figured out how to make the connection that I had been struggling with for over a week. My family and I are now very happy to not have anymore water dripping on the floor and we're enjoying our new bidet! Thanks Brook and Brian for all your help!”

“Timberline Kitchen and Bath recently completely our Master Bath and Guest Bath remodel. Both turned out great and we are very pleased with the final results. The Master Bath was a 'down to the stubs' remodel and the Guest Bath was more an aesthetic upgrade. Staci and her team managed the entire project and navigated the various challenges in a 'down to the stubs' renovation very well. We made some minor changes along the way and Timberline and Staci were very accommodating to our changes and making sure we were happy with the new results.
Master Baths are very complex with all of the various electrical, plumbing, tile work and cabinetry needing to come together to create a beautiful end product. Overall, we are very pleased with the final results and highly recommended Timberline Kitchen and Bath.”

“They have some really neat tiles - I definitely fell in love with their Tempesta Marble tile, for example - it looks beautiful in our bathroom. The people are for the most part friendly and helpful, and they are willing to take back overages after your construction project is over - just full boxes, though. In general, a nice place to shop for tile.”
“I have been going through a kitchen, flooring and bath remodel for a few weeks now. Because I was concerned about supply chain issues, all appliances were ordered many weeks in advance. My island downdraft vent that was supposed to be coming from the big box store with the orange label just kept getting delayed with no end in site. I even spoke with Whirlpool to find out if they could locate another unit and they said no.My contractor called his supplier (Ferguson) and they advised that they had one in stock and I could come down and get it. I spoke with the sales guy and provided my credit card and then jumped in the car to go down to pick it up. Once there I waited what seemed like a long time at the loading doc. After a bit, a nice guy came over to tell me the item wasn't where they expected it to be and they were looking for it. After my struggles with both the big box store and the manufacturer I was preparing myself for yet another disappointment and delay. After a bit longer the nice guy came back and said they must not have the item but they would upgrade me at not charge to a different downdraft that they had in stock and I could take it home right then.I think it is well known that Whirlpool is the manufacturer for a bunch of familiar brand names and the price goes up as the cache of the name goes up, but the items are identical save for the branding badge. That is what I went home with. The exact specs and dimensions I needed but with a fancier brand name. Thank you, Ferguson, for doing the right thing to make your customer happy. I will ALWAYS recommend your store for your employee empowerment and your customer service.”
