“Was in the market for a new Pizza oven and sure enough, Google said Highlands Ranch had the oven in stock. I drove 45 minutes for this oven and spent over $4000 on the oven and accessories. Unfortunately, when I got home and set everything up. It was a natural gas oven and not propane as promised. Super inconvenient to get back over there and disassemble everything. Luckily, they were very responsive and helpful and had their delivery team swap things out for me a few days later. They were very apologetic and made sure they fixed their mistake. Highly recommend for that reason!”
