“We purchased an Oreck vacuum from Anderson's Vacuum many years ago and it's worked great for us ever since. But when a key part wore out, we assumed the warranty had expired and took our vacuum to other repair places that were closer to our house-- which turned out to be a big mistake, even though many touted themselves as Authorized Dealers & Repair facilities. None ever fixed the problems we'd encountered but were more than happy to charge us for other parts we didn't need, claiming the part we did need was no longer available. So we went back to Anderson's Vacuums, to explore replacement options. After telling them the issue we were having, they suggested we drop it off and have their technician look at it. We dropped it off on Thursday and by Saturday, it was like new and was covered under warranty! Lesson learned. Their honesty and integrity convinced us us to not go anywhere else for vacuum purchases and service!”

“I've called Herrera's twice for a variety of appliance problems. The dishwasher was leaking, the ice maker didn't work and the range burners wouldn't heat (I recently moved in and the appliances are old). They scheduled a service call within days and were able to fix everything for a reasonable price each time. They could have tried to sell me new appliances....but they didn't. Honest, professional and prompt.”

I didn’t initially realize Zach was in training as he was confident and thorough, knew the products and explained them to me in a way that I could understand. Wow! Thank you all for making this an easy process for me. Angel at Geek Squad was great too!!”

“Accidentally stumbled in here after mistaking "garden center" for "garden salad" on my way to find something to eat. Incredibly impressed by the extensive, yet fairly standard selection of fake plants, real plants, and garden variety garden equipment. In a completely separate location on the complex, I found other useful garden equipment such as hydroponic lights, pvc pipes and vinyl tubing, which might be useful if I wanted to grow some lettuce, which would be good in a salad. They do not otherwise sell any salad at Home Depot.”
“I visited this location a little over a week ago, but had to leave a review for the fantastic customer service and experience I had. Needing a tool to complete a job I went to the rental department and was immediately greeted by Cici. She was extremely helpful and even took the time to call multiple locations to try and track down the tool I needed. After dealing with a rude associate from another store over the phone Cici was able to confirm where to get the tool and even how to place it on hold as there is was only one location locally that had the tool.
After the great service there I continued shopping and came upon Cynthia in the appliances department. She was such a happy and joyous soul. Although we barely talked about appliance she shared a life story and even showed compassion in regards to what I had going on in life at the time. Our conversation definitely made my day and hope it did the same for her.
Although I ended up not being able to get the tool I needed at the time, my visit was one to remember due to these two young ladies. Thank you so much for the time and excellent customer service. I will be returning to this location for my future business!”
“Oh, i cant remember her name. The lady at the check out. Her name started with a S. Anywho.. she was amazing. Helped me with my arms full and helped with scan and check out. Very knowledge at her job and work ethic is absolutely amazing. I picked up two fruit trees to prepare for Florida. But i appreciate yall. The gentleman who guided me back to the fruit trees cause they were moved from the greenhouse to the inside. I will always return to this lowes. Customer serice here is great. Thank you both for making my day better. Will be transplanting Saturday!

“We worked with Lawrence Avila to completely transform the kitchen and all the bathrooms in our house. Throughout this major renovation, Lawrence gave us expert design advice and made sure to steer us toward products that fit our quality expectations and were easy to clean & maintain. With such a large project, we had a few issues along the way, and this is where Lawrence's service really shined! In these cases, our contractor noticed a defect in the fixture we ordered... we called Lawrence and within a short 1-2 days, we had a replacement delivered via overnight-FedEX. The return of the defective parts was also super easy. This has been a great experience and I am really glad we took the time to travel from southern Colorado Springs to the big showroom in Denver to meet with Lawrence and see all the great options in person. Great personalized design and purchase experience, and even better customer service when we had a few issues. Highly recommend!”
