“The professionals at the Pro desk help keep my handyman small business, The Ernest Carpenter, going strong. Sarah and Mike are always on top of everything, and I know we can always count on them whether we've got a big job, or a small one. We developed a rapore years ago, and it's nice to be able to get the type of customer support from a big box store as you would a small mom and pop. They always treat us like family.Additionally, sometimes the paint department can be hit or miss at some Lowes stores, but not the Greenwood Village store. Their paint department is ran by Sherwin Williams representatives, Steve and (recently arrived but previously known) Zack, who always makes us feel like VIPs every time we visit.Shout out to those who also support these parts of the store, such as Ryan, Hector, Phil, and more. We always look forward to coming in.”

“It says Anderson Vacuums on the outside but there’s actually like 3 shops on the inside. The setup is a bit strange. But I only go there for the Shaver store- tucked in the back of the building. There you will find an array of Shaving accessories to make shaving with ease. Double edged razors for as low as $3 for a pack of 10. Double edged razor handles, creams, aftershaves, bowls, and you can get your electric razors repaired there as well. Friendly staff. A true hidden gem in the heart of Englewood.”

“Affordable Appliances is AMAZING for customer service and all around appliance selection at an affordable, unbeatable price.When I came busting through the doors of AA's store front on south Sante Fe Dr. just north of Dartmouth Av. I was on a mission to drop off an older yet working fridge that was -to say the very least- scratch and dent condition. With 7 min to spare before Affordable was closed a friendly voice greeted me with a polite greeting. Without delay, the dude working there sprang into action as if I were the first customer of the day. With the gentleman's help, we hustled my Ram to the dock as he expertly guided me with precision. The machine was out of my 1500 work horse in less than 3 minutes. I thanked the hustlin hero and with a fist bump and a smile he graciously reversed my thanks and responded with "thanks for bringing it in.'. It didn't cost this favor doer of the drop off a penny, and there was enough time to scope out prices on the pre-owned inventory availabl in the showroom. Shocked with the selection and bang for the buck! 5stars ain't enough THANKS AFFORDABLE APPLIANCES you guys are great!!!”

Dorian did the installation and he showed up timely, did a great job and cleaned up nicely after himself. I would definitely use them again.”

“Nate (AHA or NJD) helped me out when the experts at the big box store couldn’t find a solution to my problem (needed to get the drain pipe as short as possible to fit an IKEA vanity) They actually referred me to this store. Nate’s solution worked! I needed a tool that I was intimidated to use but he reassured me that it will be ok. With the tool and the part he suggested, I was able to fit my new vanity perfectly! Thank you Nate! :)”

“I needed a small cheap spring part for my Samsung refrigerator door. I called and asked if they had it. Jerod was able to find it in his system, but asked if I would hold while he confirmed it. He was also helping a customer in the store and apologized to me. He told me he has the part on his desk. I drove down to buy it and he did in fact have it on his desk! Amazing service for a very minor part. I would definitely recommend them for appliance parts.”

“I just wanted to take the time to give a major thank you to Appliance Factory, specifically the sales associate Leah. We learned this afternoon after returning from a grocery shopping trip that our fridge’s cooling component got fried in a power surge this much earlier this morning. Neither of us checked the fridge after it happened and came home to tons of warm food, that really shouldn’t be warm. With about $300 worth of new groceries.Panicked and not really having the budget for a brand new fridge, we came to Appliance Factory about an hour before they closed. Leah was extremely patient with us being indecisive and frazzled from our day. She wasn’t pushy, she was informative and had a really kind demeanor that put us at ease. She helped us narrow down several choices that wouldn’t break us financially. We finally decided on a very nice dent and scratch GE that was originally $2,000. The blemishes were marked very clearly with yellow marker and this one only had two scratches on each side that could easily be repainted. We payed a bit less than $800. We were able to take it home immediately too.Overall, a really pleasant experience for such a disaster of a day. Leah was so good with us that I felt only appropriate to recognize her in a review and I can’t recommend the store enough!”

“Went at 8am to get lumber for a shelving project. Had to get the pieces I selected cut into various sizes. One of the workers by back dock was really thorough about each of the sizes I needed. That was awesome. He confirmed 2 or 3 times before doing the cuts. I appreciated the confirmation. Nothing worse than making multiple trips on home projects. Things have gotten pricey since COVID. Thanks again for handling all the custom cuts I needed.”

My installer, Carson, was courteous, professional and efficient, even when he was unable to complete my install the first time due to the conditions in my apartment that were out of his control, and again after the appliance stopped working after the install. “I have been shopping at this store for ten years. It's a mile from my front door. I have never had a problem with an employee. Quite the contrary actually. I find help easily and the staff pretty continually asks me if I they can help me find something. What I really like is one I ask where soemthing is, they don't just point and tell me where it is. They actually walk me to the item. I bought a Yard Machines lawn mower from them a decade ago that still runs like a champ. I am not a big "home improvement" girl but I find everything I need at this store. Checking out is easy thought I will never be a fan of self checkout. I prefer cashiers.”
