This is a wonderful lab - I book appointments on line and do not have a long wait.
Always quick and staff are professional and do a great blood draw. I’ve been coming here for 3 years for my thyroid levels - never any issues. Used labcorp for 14 years all together.

This location was not busy at all, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I can’t understand leaving a bad review for not scheduling an appointment and having to wait. I made an appointment, and they were ready for me early, but I will say that I didn’t know that due to the mobile check in not sending me a confirmation text. I recommend checking in at a kiosk inside. This location isn’t responsible for the greater labcorp having a crappy mobile check-in, so I won’t dock a star for that, but just make sure to go inside the building at your appointment time even if you don’t get the confirmation text. I would’ve been done even sooner if I had gone inside to check in.

Came here after going to another LabCorp that didn’t have the correct supplies. This one was much less crowded and a lot nicer of a space. I was in and out in under 30 minutes (arriving around 8am), and everyone was so kind and professional. Great experience!

Made an appointment, arrived at the appointment sign at the desk said 2 to 3 hour wait. I wasn’t going to wait that long. An hour and 20 minutes later said they were ready for me. Horrible.!!!

Had a great experience! Check in was easy. I’m extremely difficult giving blood. But all the girls were very nice and offered an opinion or help. I forgot her name but oriental girl was determined to succeed. Patient and was successful. Thanks so much for all you did

Jennifer was the BEST! It definitely didn't go as any of us planned (fainting, etc.), but she did an incredible job of keeping everyone safe and making it all work out in the end. And she kept a smile on our faces the whole time. Not to mention, the stick wasn't even painful!
Also, love that I can check in online and wait in my own car. 5/5 Thanks Jennifer!

I truly think it just depends when you go! I went last year for this lab and it was very, very busy even with appointment. But this past weekend, I went with appointment and got in right away! Staff was so awesome and friendly! 10am on Saturday is best time to go!

Drove across town and left work early to pick up a container to pee in for a 24 hour urinalysis. Got there at 4:15 and they screamed at me through the door they were closed, even though the sign and website says 4:30. They wouldn’t even see what I needed. I stood there for 40 mins pleading to get the container because it was time sensitive. I hate the way they made me feel. Zero compassion :(

Would give negative rating jf possible. Made an appointment and waited for well over an hour as did the rest of the packed waiting room. Staff was clearly insufficient and stressed out by having so many angry patients to contend with.
