“I've been a frequent flyer of this Vans store for well over ten years and I have to say that every experience has been amazing. Heart breaking when my size isn't in but they always do their best to help out and make sure you love what you're getting. Today Haley ( my cashier was awesome and actually helped me secure another pair of Vans to rock!), and I believe she said her name was Janesa was also awesome! She helped me get a new pair of shoes for work and was super helpful and had amazing vibes. I walked away with two new pairs to rock out and add to my growing 20+ pair collection, there's always a reason I come back here and that's because they make you feel like part of the Vans family. “Great selection for the hard to fit tall men in my household! One has sloping shoulders that is hard to find a good fitting suit, the other wears a 29x36 pant. Ted's makes them both look amazing with exceptional quality products and custom alterations.”
“I first asked at the check-out counter for someone to assist me in the Bed Linens Dept. They were there to greet when I walked into the dept. They were very knowledgeable and helped me select the items I was looking for. They then carried the items to the check-out for me. The lady at the check-out was very helpful and asked me if I wanted assistance carrying the items to my car. I said "yes" and she promptly accompanied me to my car. I will definitely shop at Kohl's again.”

The younger customer service person did not know what we were talking about. However, we were able to find two shirts to our liking and showed her the pen insert. Now she will know!
