My QR code was not bright enough to be seen no matter how much Yvonne tried to scan it. Eventually, my wife took another picture, this time brighter. It went through like a charm. Yvonne was not only kind, but also patient as well. She gave me some important info at the end of the transaction that was helpful as well. “I've been a frequent flyer of this Vans store for well over ten years and I have to say that every experience has been amazing. Heart breaking when my size isn't in but they always do their best to help out and make sure you love what you're getting. Today Haley ( my cashier was awesome and actually helped me secure another pair of Vans to rock!), and I believe she said her name was Janesa was also awesome! She helped me get a new pair of shoes for work and was super helpful and had amazing vibes. I walked away with two new pairs to rock out and add to my growing 20+ pair collection, there's always a reason I come back here and that's because they make you feel like part of the Vans family.
