“When the time came for my only son Nicholas, who is also my sister’s godson and like a son to her, we both knew that ONLY a custom tux from Tom James Company would do! We’ve used them many times in Louisiana but he had moved to Denver, Colorado in the past year. We contacted their Denver office and we could not have connected with a better Clothier than LIZ WEISS!!!
Within the same day she reached out to Nicholas and from that point on we had no worries!! She guided him thru the process of picking out the perfect tuxedo to fit his personality and unique style. She also made sure he had the perfect outfit for the rehearsal dinner.. which we all had forgotten about but not Liz!!! She kept me and his aunt in the loop of every single exciting choice made to make sure we were a part of it all as if we were there!
We can’t thank her enough for going above and beyond to ensure Nicholas looked his absolute best for this most important moment in his life!
Liz suggested personalizing the lining of his tuxedo jacket and what an amazing final touch!

“Bought a suit for a wedding along with other clothing many times. The staff are always kind, authentic and helpful. One thing that impressed me the most was when buying a pair of shorts, the fit was almost there but not quite. They made a few markings, included an alteration with no additional charge and I picked the shirts up a few days later. Overall, some of the best service I've received!”
“I had the pleasure of meeting Yvonne at the Amazon return desk. She was very kind! I got there just after 9, and there was practically no one in the store. It was awesome! My QR code was not bright enough to be seen no matter how much Yvonne tried to scan it. Eventually, my wife took another picture, this time brighter. It went through like a charm. “I used to come to this place every year as a kid before national Western with my parents and it was one of the highlights of my year. I stopped by tonight before a long drive home at 7:30. They close at 8. :00 and this wonderful woman. let us hang out and try clothes until about 8:30. I unfortunately am horrible with names and my son knocked on the door before we left to try and get her name and we couldn't get it. If she reads this, that little simple act; that I know was annoying your coworkers, meant so much to me and to my kids and we will definitely be back, and this time with the credit card.
