“I've worked with Phil Meisinger and Chandra Thomas on two consecutive refinances and they have been excellent to work with. I also originally connected with them via marketing mail after buying my house and was skeptical about refinancing early as rates had not dropped a huge amount from when I purchased, so we didn't want to pay for refinances at this stage.
