“I am going to edit my review because, in the end, the tool I left for repair was done within the time frame they said it would be done. Which, ironically enough, was one day after I posted my initial review expressing my frustration and bewilderment.
I didn't care for the complete lack of communication, or the phones going unanswered when I called. And I certainly didn't like the fact that no one seemed to have any clue as to the progress of the repair. But, as mentioned before, the tool was done within the time frame I was quoted, and that's part of the reason I am editing the review I left initially. I am also editing the review because, maybe, I need to focus more on the outcome, and less on the process.”
“I didn't actually know there were art supplies in this store. , the art supplies were in the basement , and they had good art supplies. I bought some very thin tipped markers.
The ladies who helped me inside were very nice and very helpful. I had to go back for a second time cause I missed a color that I needed and once again very fun to see them again.”

“Omg! Customer Service here is awesome. Beautiful, contagious friendly greeting upon entry. Andrew Hopper dealt with my husband and I and we were in awe. The service was not what the usual...it is what we would call above and beyond. There were 2 other gentlemen working and they seem equally nice to their customers, but I am telling you the atmosphere was soooo welcoming. I made myself a cup of coffee ☕️ and grab a few candies?. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service I received from Brandon, the store manager at Sherwin-Williams. From the moment I walked in, he was polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He knew exactly what I needed and got everything handled quickly and efficiently. You can tell he takes pride in both his work and his store.
Out of all the Sherwin-Williams employees I’ve interacted with over the years, Brandon stands out as one of the absolute best. If every location had a manager like him, customer service would be on a whole different level. Highly recommend asking for him if you visit!”

“My paint was 2 years old and I thought I needed fresh paint. Ashley explained that S-W paint usually lasts a long time if sealed and stored properly. She took a look and put my 2 paint cans in the shaker thingy. I didn’t need to buy new paint. Thank you, Ashley!!!”

“I had an absolutely amazing experience at this paint store! All four gentlemen working there were incredible …so friendly, patient, and truly helpful. Josh, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and the entire staff made me feel welcome from start to finish.
I was completely undecided on my paint color and went through so many samples, but they never rushed me and helped me every step of the way. Thanks to their guidance, I found the perfect color!!! and I absolutely love it!

“Oh, i cant remember her name. The lady at the check out. Her name started with a S. Anywho.. she was amazing. Helped me with my arms full and helped with scan and check out. Very knowledge at her job and work ethic is absolutely amazing. I picked up two fruit trees to prepare for Florida. But i appreciate yall. The gentleman who guided me back to the fruit trees cause they were moved from the greenhouse to the inside. I will always return to this lowes. Customer serice here is great.
