Left my dog here for five hours, gave them his food, and they never fed him. He wasn’t even given water and came out very thirsty. Completely irresponsible and unacceptable care.

Store is in disrepair, perhaps understaffed, but the animals there are being abused, living in their own poop. Get a little handheld vacuum cleaner and 5 minutes to clean up the cages, I hope you get shut down for real, no excuse!

Adopted the sweetest kitten from here! The customer service was great and the process was easy and our application was accepted within 24 hours. DoodleBug is now at home playing with toys and sleeping all day 🥰

I took my dog to the groomer to fix what Petco grooming (Shea) did to my dog which was just horrible, Burgundy finished the groom for my blue heeler she did an excellent job!!! I will keep bringing my Rudy!

This grooming facility is absolutely unsafe for dogs with short snout. The customer service is pretty bad as well. I would recommend avoiding this particular location for any dog, but if your dog is a short snouted breed, it could be simply disastrous. Stay away!

Great place with usually great service. I have found that sometimes the grooming department looks short staffed, and you have to plan grooming a month in advance or so. Likewise, you'll wait at the counter for a good 10-15 minutes sometimes before somebody has time to come up. It's not their fault they're short staffed though, and they do the best with what they have. They provide my Yorkie with great cuts, I just wish they could make it look the way it did the first time lol. They called it a "teddy bear" look but it must be groomer specific because I haven't seen it done that way again. It was probably the best haircut he's ever been given.

Don't bother doing training at this location. We signed up for 6 weeks of training. We have driven there 6 times and gotten 3 classes. Between training being canceled, trainer dropping the class, etc. The worst part is they NEVER call, text, or email to let us know class is canceled!! We revolve our night around making it to the class to get there and have no trainer - and the front desk staff just tell us the training has nothing to do with them and send us on our way. What a waste of time and money.

Groomer "Jordon" did a fabulous job on my two Morkies! First time coming here. All staff was friendly and accommodating but the grooming was by far the best I have found in the area and I had gone to 2 others and been charged full price for horrible grooming. Jordon fixed the mistakes and both my little friends look great!! Love the tie and necklace!! We will be back, I have found my groomer!!!!
